Moments with God's Word by Mary L. Ball is a book illustrating some biblical scriptures people often overlook. The scriptures are backed up with an introduction and study. Any time someone shares teachings on the Bible, there is a part of me that leaps for joy. The way the author delivered the book feels like a Bible lesson series. I can see a multitude of people sitting attentively as she explains the Bible in a practical way, without taking away from the holiness of the scriptures. The scriptures she points out have often crossed my mind, and I found myself reading her teachings more than once. Whenever someone creates a book based on the Bible, fiction and non fiction, it shows compassion to be an effective witness. As we mature in the Word of God, it behooves us to share the same knowledge with our fellow brothers and sisters. The author opens up the scriptures listed to take readers into a new place.
Our life will follow a different course when we not only read but understand what the Bible is saying. Many times people are afraid due to fear of the unknown. All readers who read this book will walk away enlightened. This enlightenment will help them live a more productive life. The Bible speaks about those who teach. The fact that the author was willing to write such a biblically rich book speaks volumes about her character. I wish there were more people like the author in the world today. I recommend this book to ALL who hope to live a lifestyle that's pleasing to God. I only wish it were longer. This is a book that everyone can benefit from.
