Mug O’ Love Desserts from Medicine Hill Farm is chock full of wonderful recipes. Lynny Prince has shared the very best of quick and easy delicious desserts with us. All you need for any one of these mouth watering desserts is a mug, ingredients that are usually already in your kitchen pantry and a microwave oven. I spent the weekend trying several of these incredibly wonderful desserts. Each one only took a few minutes to prepare, micro and serve. There is a favorite dessert waiting in this book for every member of your family; chocolate, Nutella, cinnamon, bananas, peanut butter and more. I tried the banana bread in a mug for Saturday morning breakfast and it was lots better than scrambled eggs. My married daughter came to visit and fell in love with the Nutella Mug Cake and her husband loved the S’mores Mug, while my husband thought the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug was the best.
Mug O’ Love Desserts is the first book I have not removed from Kindle when I finished. This is a book that I will return to again and again, trying each and every mug dessert over and over. Lynny Prince stands right up there with the leading cookbooks of Betty Crocker and Pillsbury, offering desserts too good to pass up. Mug O’ Love Desserts are so quick and easy that you can make several different kinds at once and please each member of your family with their favorite. These recipes can very easily be made by children, teens and husbands without fuss or cooking skills. This is a must-have recipe book.
