This author participates in the Readers' Favorite Book Review Exchange Program, which is open to all authors and is completely free. Simply put, you agree to provide an honest review an author's book in exchange for the author doing the same for you. What sites your reviews are posted on (B&N, Amazon, etc.) and whether you send digital (eBook, PDF, Word, etc.) or hard copies of your books to each other for review is up to you. To begin, click the purple email icon to send this author a private email, and be sure to describe your book or include a link to your Readers' Favorite review page or Amazon page.

This author is willing to donate free copies of their book in exchange for reviews (if circumstances allow) and the knowledge that their book is being read and enjoyed. To begin, click the purple email icon to send this author a private email. Be sure to tell the author who you are, what organization you are with, how many books you need, how they will be used, and the number of reviews, if any, you would be able to provide.

My Bliss Book: Life is a Dream by Sheri Fink is actually a journal format that encourages the participant to explore daily reactions to the world around her. Categories include “Today I Will…” in which the reader indicates ways in which she nurtures her spirit and works toward personal goals. For the section labelled My Top Priorities, non-negotiable accomplishments are listed and discussed in order to guide the reader through ways to announce daily and long range intentions. By concentrating on the top five things on this list, accomplishments are rewarded with peace of mind and a sense of self-worth. As the participant challenges herself to accomplish feats both inside and outside the comfort zone, a goal of asking for things beyond normal expectations is achieved. Sheri Fink then asks the reader to announce gratitudes and accomplishments, no matter the degree of impact. Fink believes that acknowledging any and all accomplishments is reason for celebration.
I envision My Bliss Book used as an individual daily practice for readers/writers who benefit from self-affirmations as well as a group activity among like-minded individuals for the purpose of overcoming or working through personal hardships. My Bliss Book will most definitely find a home in the hands of folks who enjoy list making, journal writing, and record keeping. It is a fun and enlightening method of recording daily issues that we often set aside as not important. I believe that any participant in this process will benefit from the honest results of the self-guided reflection, allowing for personal growth. Very detailed and in depth.
