Nahar Relationship Explorer: A Guide, Planner, and Communication Helper by Mohibul Nahar is an insightful and uplifting book that tackles the topics of love, relationships, and communication, and how they are meaningful when it comes to happiness in everybody’s lives. The book is an excellent tool that will show readers a path to explore each other, uncover meaningful insights, and identify obstacles so that it is easy to bring the relationship out of the rear view mirror and into focus. This guide and planner will see everyone having a wonderful and healthy relationship that will serve as an anchor of happiness and strength in their lives.
Communication is very important for a healthy relationship and the book has good tips for healthy communication practices. The first section of the book deals with guiding commitments and thoughts for a healthy and happy relationship, knowing yourself, your partner, and your relationship, and individual forms of expression. The second section has plans for success in the relationship by engaging the partner. The author’s techniques, strategies, weekly prompts for discussion, monthly activity planning, and relationship reflection are helpful to all those who want to make positive and healthy changes in their relationships.
The author handles a relevant topic differently, which makes the book interesting. I liked the thought of having an open writing section for readers as it will help them contemplate and reflect on themselves and discover their strengths and weaknesses and areas that require work. The layout is engaging and the author makes it interactive by pulling readers into the book with exercises. The book is definitely a must-read for all those who are working on their communication skills with their partners, and also for all those who want to rediscover, explore, and reconnect with their partners.
