“Revelation” is written by Carol Sparks. This is a very unique book that simplifies one of the most complicated books in the Bible; the book of Revelation. Written for the layperson by a layperson, Carol Sparks breaks this book down into manageable pieces, using titles of subject matter in the book, as well as the use of concept, into understandable, eye opening description of what the topics mean, who they were written for, and what it means to us. Topics that are interspersed in the book are here gathered into chapters for reference use and maintain a linear thought process for greater understanding. Reference given for original content allows the reader to find the verse or concept given.

A short, easy to read, breakdown of a book more misunderstood than any other book in the Bible. Carol Sparks has simplified and broken down for the reader, complex ideas and made them meaningful and allows for further education and reading for the individual. Most of all, Carol Sparks writes in a non-denominational manner, allowing readers of all faiths and denominations the explanations and study of this book with or without a formal religious education. Written without personal opinion or direction, this book is a great find for those wishing to increase their knowledge about the Bible. Leaving no literary stone unturned in this journey through one of the greatest books of the Bible is one that cannot be put down once started; this book is a must read!
