Rite of Passage: Transitioning from Wantrepreneur to Successful Entrepreneur by V. Michael Santoro is a non-fiction business book for entrepreneurs. The author talks about how you should grow your business and how to brand it. He gives a lot of information on what skills you need and how to get them. He also discusses what kind of people you should hire and what skills they need. V. Michael Santoro also covers using technology like apps and software.
I thought that Rite of Passage by V. Michael Santoro was very informative and an eye-opener. I loved how the author talks about starting your business as a side hustle first and why it's necessary; most people are too eager. I really loved the way he explained what skills are needed and how you can get them as some of the skills are ones I would never have considered. My favorite chapter was the one about using technology like apps and software. I loved that the author gave ideas and explained how to use them since I had only heard of one of them. I thought V. Michael Santoro's advice on branding was extremely informative. I also loved that he explained what kind of people to hire as well as what skills they need for that job. I usually don't use the bookmark in my reading app, but I think I bookmarked half the book! If you are thinking about being an entrepreneur or already are one, I highly recommend Rite of Passage. This would be useful for any type of business.
