It’s completely unique and even alluring and poetic at times—especially in the very beginning. The character of Doctor Peru is also highly intriguing. You will be at the edge of your seat wondering what he has gotten himself into. All in all, it’s difficult not to give “Sadana 999” a 5-star rating.

I've been meaning to read this book for quite some time, Im so happy I finally did. I am a sci-fi fan and this book is definitely in the top 5 book I have read thus far.

This thriller Sadana 999, Sci fi novel is set in a classic futuristic time, where technology overruns the society.

The scene is set on the futuristic Alaskan military base where the government is conducting experiments on aliens. General Ascot is the psychopath that runs the base, and he is a cold and calculated killer.

Throughout this well written book I'm hearing poetry with the fluidity of the authors words as she tells the story. The character are well developed, The book is filled with ideas and scenes that demonstrate a strong command of both the English language and writing.

I will recommend this book to all readers, read it before the movie comes out.

This was the first time I read this author and now I have another name to add my list.This is a very good book and it keeps your attention right away. It is definitely a page turner. I don't want to give the story away so you will have to read it for yourself. Marsha L Ceniceros is a great author. The story is creative and keep my interest, I truly enjoyed this Kindle book, I don't often find books that I just can't put down, but this one kept my interest the whole way through. I feel this is a good, clean read that anyone could enjoy. The scientific advancements described in the book sound really amazing, hopefully someday some of the ideas will be reality. It all may sound outrageously far fetched right now, but I'm sure a hundred years ago the idea of the Internet would have blown people's minds!

well written and very detailed descriptive, it draws you in like you are there. even if you read a page and put it down it keeps you thinking of it and you have to pick it back up, and the more you read the more you want to keep going. it gets your heart pumping and wondering what next.and just when you think its over all is well, it has a wild and terrifying and terrific surprising ending. it leaves you wanting more, i highly recommend reading this great story

Sadana 999 is an amazing sci-fi read. This book has such a great and unique story-line. The author, Marsha L Ceniceros, style of story-telling will take you on a wild adventure of pure imaginative genius. Set far in the future, mankind is in a very different state, alien parts are being sold on the market, secret government experiments are taking place. And the main character Dr. Peru gets mixed up in it all. I am a huge fan of any books that have a sci-fi element to them. Sadana 999 carried a well-written plot from start to finish. I was really happy I came across this book and highly recommend it.

This story gives a whole new meaning to science fiction... there's action, there's a whole new future world, but most importantly, there's a lesson on what happens when technology starts to overrun society. With in-depth characters and fast-paced action, this is a must-read for fans of both science fiction and post-apocalyptic works!

As a lover of science fiction genre, I have got to say this book Rocks! It is one of the best I have ever read and I loved it from the very start. I was captivated from the start and held by its powerful words and story line until the end. The suspense and utter excitement and pace of the book make it an awesome read. It has everything a perfect sci fi need, aliens, corruption, the pure struggle to survive.
The depth of the characters is superb and they made the story very real and believable, each one adding so much to the story. The detailing is incredible, so vivid, clear and raw. I could see, hear and even smell the tale. I became part of the book and I hated to see it end. It has a wonderful flow and is so easy to stay with and impossible to put down.
This is my first experience with this author but it will not be my last. Marsha L Ceniceros is a brilliant writer and her mindset and imagination are endless. I love her style and her passion. I highly recommend this book to everyone; it is a masterpiece and a true work of art. You will not be disappointed!

Imagine a future where our world begins attracting UFOs of the “flying saucer” variety to the extent that some begin failing and crashing, with aliens of various kinds spilling out. The military tries to keep up with them and confine them, all the while keeping as much as possible secret from the public. General Ascot is the character who seems to be in command of all this, at least the part involving a particularly indestructible species of aliens held in clandestine captivity.

That is the starting point of Marsha L. Ceniceros’ new science fiction novel, Sadana 999, but it launches from there to a mesmerizing ride into new possibilities almost as world-shaking as those depicted in Arthur C. Clarke’s Childhood’s End. Like Clarke’s classic, it covers more than one generation, but most is seen from the viewpoint of Dr. Peru, a biologist and geneticist drafted - or perhaps kidnapped is a better word - by Ascot to assist in Ascot’s plans for those captured aliens.
But Ascot does not know just what he is dealing with, although Peru gradually realizes it. Ascot’s manipulations make Peru a key figure in the futures of the aliens themselves, in a way affecting both their and his descendants (whom we meet in the last part of the book). In fact, it affects our entire world and the human race.

Humanity does not come off all that well as depicted in this story. Alien skin, with exotic properties of its own, is converted into protective garments. Captured aliens are treated as prisoners on whom experiments can be routinely performed. Think of some of the worst aspects of Nazi Germany, and you have that here.

Ceniceros sets her story some 600 years in the future, but the setting seems not that far removed from the present day. Think how different from today the world was 600 years in the past, before Columbus sailed to America, before Copernicus first insisted that Earth was not the center of creation, and you wonder if the setting here could not have been made closer to today. I am huge fan of books that have a sci-fi element to them.This one is captivating! I am now a fan of this author. The story is exciting, depth of the characters is amazing. I personally have not read anything like this, its fresh, hypnotic thriller!

Marsha L. Ceniceros is a gifted Author, this is evident, Sadana 999 is explosive from page one! My first thought was, WOW, usually you have to read half of a story before it gets interesting and to the point. With my Military background, I decided to read the novel, Sadana 999. I have no regret, this novel literally is magnetism, especially the character General Ascot, a debacle Physco! He is captivating. The read is more than great, it’s loaded with Aliens, corruption, mind games, and among many of the special scenes in this book, I defiantly admired Dr. Peru and his insane addiction for desserts! Sadana 999, entertaining scenes, one surprise after another, and the book is insane in a phenomenal way! Seriously, I could see this on the big screen, immensely recommended!

In a remote part of Alaska (well what part of Alaska isn't remote to the average American) there is a futuristic military base that is run by the crazy-man General Ascot who gets pleasure out of torturing his victims that has the misfortune of being at this specific base. Suddenly a Nobel Prize winning scientist is awoken in the middle of the night and escorted to this base and what he will find (and is forced to be a part of) will shock you.

Science fiction is a genre that can be written extremely gritty and fast-paced without a great use of the english language. And for the most part, I've never had a problem with this. Sadana 999 is not one of these books. Ceniceros has a wonderful grasp of the english language and you can see that on display throughout this novel. The nicest part about it is that it doesn't feel like she's doing it to show how much she knows.

The characters were incredibly well written and described. The people who were meant to be brutal and upfront were so without question, and the others who were meant to be more caring--you felt for them. A sign of a great writer is when they can write words on a page that make you feel something. Ceniceros has done this with Sadana 999.

If you're a science fiction fan, I wouldn't skip over this. It's a point of view that feels both done before and totally new. Which means that you'll understand almost everything that's at play within the book, but it's done in a new light.

This is also one of those books where I feel like I can't write too much about the actual plot because it would give too much of it away. You're just going to have to buy the book and find out for yourself!

Sadana 999 takes the reader six hundred years into the future, although chapter one of the book explains what has taken place in the past, however, this created a clear and precise outcome into the present scenes.
Overall it was a great read. I would highly recommend this book to all.

I love this book!!!! It's captivating, thrilling and even poetic! only a brilliant mind could piece together a book as beautifully as done by the author Marsha Ceniceros. Sadana 999 is a must have! In fact, it literately pulls you in deeper, a phenomenal read. The author has displayed her talents well within the genre of science fiction, defiantly unique, informative, helpful and easy to understand !

It's the year 2715 and UFO crash lands on Earth. It's contents are transferred to an Alaskan military base known as 'Sadana'. Sadana is a secret base, nobody knows the horrifying truth of what happens inside, but one man is about to find out, his name is Doctor Peru.

This science fiction novel is a very compelling read, after the first chapter I just couldn't put it down. It's very different from other science fiction books I've read though. The start of the novel has some poetic lines followed by many pages of explanations of what has happened to the world between our times and the 2700s. This explanation takes up a good portion of the start of the novel but interestingly it isn't boring to read, far from it, it feels a bit like the opening scenes of a movie where you get snippets of information which allow you to understand the main plot.

The writing style is different from other novels I'm used to. There are long paragraphs which could span a few pages without a break and yet what you read is understandable and you really feel a drive to read on to see what happens. The novel is fast-paced and with a lot of action and twists, you really feel on the edge of your seat as you read through this book. The characters are very well developed and with one particular character having a very twisted mind it really adds to the thrill. Possibly the best part of this fast paced novel is the fact you just don't know what will happen next. There are twists not only at the end but throughout the whole plot, I really couldn't predict what would happen.

Despite being an easy to read novel I did at times feel that the paragraph lengths were too long. Some of the paragraphs span more than one page, with no break and with so much information happening I would have preferred some more paragraphs. There are also quite a few extra side characters introduced into the last chapter by name which I felt didn't need introducing too much but this is my own personal opinion and none of this diminished from the plot.

There is use of the f word in this novel, it is fairly frequent during many dialogue exchanges but not constantly frequent throughout all the text of the novel. The novel is also dark and I wouldn't recommend it to those younger than mature teenagers.

Overall this is a really exciting science fiction novel, full of suspense, action and aliens. The whole story is unpredictable and the ending is good. I'd recommend it to any science fiction fans.

One of the best books I have ever read! This book will have you reading it every second you can until you finish, Non-Stop page-turner.

First off, I've read this book on the Nook platform, but find the Kindle platform so much better.

Although I am no longer a reader of much Science Fiction, I find this book to be out of the ordinary in a great way! I love it! The story is a great one, to be sure.

Plot, Character development, and storyline are well developed. They keep the reader enthralled from beginning to end, without lull or disappointment.
Human nature, both good and bad, flavored with a desire to rise above life's tragedies to rebuild and flourish beyond mere survival are driving themes in this work.
It is an intellectual masterpiece, as well as, a great entertaining adventure into the imagination via the genre of Science Fiction. I hope to see more from this Author.

I'm not normally a big sci-fi reader, but this book was a good read. The story takes place in a futuristic setting and is super fast-paced and suspenseful. I stayed engaged pretty much the whole time, which is unusual for me. Recommended.

Eerie and captivating!

Set in the future, when UFOs crash to earth often and the presence of alien life among us is commonplace, Sadana999 is a tale that is both eerily believable and entertaining. Marsha Ceniceros employees a unique style of writing that I found both refreshing and engrossing; the story pulled me in with the first paragraph and didn’t let go until the end. The story, essentially a Sci-Fi thriller, features well-written action sequences, including the alien takeover of the Sadana military complex in Alaska, and incorporates a nice blend of mystery, suspense, and horror that made it a most satisfying read. It truly amazed me that Marsha Ceniceros could write so much in so few pages (192), and yet maintain such a smooth, flawless narrative that never flagged in its fast pace. Well done.

I found this book on Flashebooks. It got enough positive reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.
Because of such reviews, I started the book with high expectations and I must tell you, the book lived up to all of them. That’s why I thought it was fair to leave a positive review on Amazon also.
It’s a very intelligent blend of sci-fi with social issues, but always keeping the surprises and thrilling aspects that catch the reader. I recommend.
