Sometimes, life throws curveballs that are difficult to overcome. In Stay Strong, Brian Grant tells his story of being a family man who unexpectedly found himself in prison due to a convergence of unforeseen circumstances. Brought up in a Christian family, Brian showed an early interest in the carpet cleaning business. After his high school graduation, he joined a Navy Boot camp in Chicago, Illinois. He toured several European countries and the Middle East during his stint in the Navy and later joined the Navy Reserves. He met his wife, Jaime, online and moved with her from their home in Ohio to California. After his beloved mother's death, Brian suffered deep anxiety and depression, which led him to make a few mistakes with heavy consequences. But he continued to draw strength from his family and faith.

Stay Strong is a moving memoir that shows how faith can offer hope and resilience in times of adversity. Author Brian Grant provides an unflinching account of his life in this tell-all memoir, leaving nothing out and sharing all his life's highs, lows, and everything in between. The book offers readers an intimate look into the life of a person who faced various challenges that he continued to overcome by finding resolve through the help of his family, friends, and faith. Brian's story is emotionally powerful and will resonate with many readers. The author also presents the events of his life in a way that readers can relate to him. It's a heartfelt memoir that is as engaging as it is inspirational. I'm glad I read it and heartily recommend it.
