Andre Julian provides tools to create success in Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek and he offers steps that are practical and actionable. These strategies can be customized for effective leadership in both personal life and business. In this book, readers will find the tools they need to understand what is stopping them from achieving success, learn how to create micro-goals and accomplish them, discover how to keep their streaks alive, work smart, move forward, and achieve bigger goals. This book presents some brilliant and life-transforming practices like mastering the power of visualization, creating a great attitude, learning the process of mastery, and persevering.

I like it when an author takes familiar themes and writes about them from a fresh perspective and with clarity, leaving readers with the certainty of what they need to do to move from point “A” to point “B.” While the book is about success, Andre Julian also offers insights on failure and how to deal with it, and I particularly enjoyed the chapter that talks about knowing when to quit. Streaking to Win is filled with wisdom, and instead of promising easy results for readers, the author shows them how to work smart and how to bring out the best in them. From goal setting to building a winning business mindset, Andre Julian writes with confidence, seamlessly weaving personal experiences and real-life examples into the book. Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek is the book you should read if you want to win in life and business and if you want to reach greater levels of success.

Andre Julian writes beautifully and insightfully about the art of goal setting and execution in Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek. Readers who are familiar with SMART goals will find enriching content in this book. The book articulates on some of the critical stumbling blocks that people encounter on their journey towards achieving goals, showing why their goals are unattainable. It highlights the importance of reworking one’s belief system and the direct link between what one believes and one’s goals, shares the secret to creating micro-goals that are measurable and actionable, and gives valuable insights on a variety of topics. In short, this book offers everything one needs to streak one’s way confidently to success while enjoying the process.

The author writes from inside experience but uses his personal journey as a tool that gives flesh to the writing. The book gives a special place to positive qualities like gratitude, visualization, perseverance, hard work, and others, and shows their relationship to success. Andre Julian doesn’t just have a great message for readers but he possesses the writing skills that carry the message across with clarity. Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek is one of the rare books in self-help that show readers a clear path to success and it teaches them to use the power of micro-goals to build momentum towards where they want to be. The writing is insightful and packed with wisdom. The confident voice and the engaging style of writing hold the reader’s interest and encourage them to keep on reading.

Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek by Andre Julian is a highly efficient self-help book that cuts through the clutter. Even though most self-help books have some useful information on how to achieve goals and obtain success, there are some people who still struggle to meet their goals. This author tells you why, and how to correct any shortcomings you may be experiencing on your path to success. It doesn't matter what area your goal is--a happy relationship, getting fit, losing a few pounds, getting ahead in your career, being financially stable, etc.--it takes more than just believing in yourself to get there; it takes you getting out of your own way.

Julian does a great job of explaining how some people undermine their own success, himself included, and he tells his own backstory, which is incredibly helpful and shows insight into the philosophy behind this guide. When he was young, he had himself convinced that he just wasn't cut out to be successful, until something happened that changed his entire outlook, which led to success. The lessons he learned are the ones he put into this book so that you can think about yourself and your success in a new way. In simple but powerful terms, he explains how perceived failures or missteps aren't exactly your fault, but exist because you weren't "wired" for success, but can be, according to the author, if you follow his methods.

I really like the chapter on why micro-goals are important, and another chapter on how to stay on track in spite of obstacles or discouragement, and even the chapter on knowing when to quit. The writing style is personal and accessible as if the author is having a conversation with you over a cup of coffee or tea. This advice is something you can use in your personal relationships too, not just your career. If you love to learn and grow from the success stories of others, Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek by Andre Julian should be the next book on your reading list.

Streaking to Win: Using Micro-goals to Achieve the Success You Seek by Andre Julian is an inspiring and motivating book that will teach readers to become successful in whatever field they set their minds to. The lessons will resonate well with readers and guide them to build themselves up, become a better version of themselves, and embrace their struggles to see the results thereafter. The author gives new techniques and strategies to help readers move toward the success they deserve and take them to great levels of success they never imagined. This book will systematically change the lives of readers and set them on a journey to reach their goals.

Streaking to Win is for readers who want to have an unstoppable belief in themselves, and their ability to achieve. The tips and tools are simple and can be incorporated without much difficulty. Andre Julian shares his story and his personal experiences and takes readers on a journey with him on how he built his self-confidence and eventually competed for a world martial arts championship. Reading the book is a good way to envision life and follow through on the things that are required to achieve that vision. The entire book is focused on tactics that will program readers to take action consistently. The book will also help readers believe in themselves, and finally have a method that will make them the hero of their life story.

What I like about Streaking to Win is the way Andre Julian tackles the subject and makes it interesting. His words will also encourage readers to set up streaks and also put these into action to get closer to their goals. It also teaches them to make their micro-goal setting a real habit that is anchored to goal-driven activity. They will also see themselves developing a spirit of never giving up and join the elite group of people who are successful. The book can be re-read as there is a lot of information on how to discover their strength and rely on their own faith to get through adversities and challenges.

Standing in a crowded stadium about to compete in the annual full-contact Israeli Martial Arts championship, Andre Julian was going to face his biggest challenge. At that moment, Andre realized that everyone in their lives has to face traumatic situations and many will overthink the outcome until they are paralyzed with fear. Unlike many other self-help books that motivate you to set and achieve goals, Streaking To Win will teach you the steps to rewire your brain so that these new positive behaviors will become habits. You will learn the exact skills needed to feel confident when facing challenges and gain an unwavering belief in your abilities. Discover how you can banish self-doubt and destructive inner dialogue and change the conditioning of your mindset so you no longer make excuses for not taking action. Learn how to work smart, set achievable micro-goals and 'streaks' so you will commit to taking action every time towards your desired goal. When you fail to take action on your ideas and visions, they will never manifest into your reality. It is time to become a participant and not an observer in your life and become the hero of your own story.

The concept of Streaking to Win by Andre Julian really sets it apart from any other self-book I have read. The author tackles goal setting and achieving success two-fold. You are given some insightful tools that recondition your mindset so you no longer think in terms of failure but prosperity; plus there are clear directions on how to set goals and achieve them. I loved the personal stories as they highlighted that everyone has arrived at their present moment in life because of a certain chain of events and choices they have made. It also shows how the pivotal moments and people in your life become the teachers of valuable lessons. I thought the checklist for creating belief in yourself very helpful and the chapter on visualizing success was my absolute favorite. I found the use of clever analogies throughout really powerful too. I also loved how the book focuses not only on the tools you need to set goals but how to find the determination to continue when faced with obstacles and setbacks. This guide really does bridge the gap between wanting to change your life and actually taking consistent action to make your goal a reality.
