To succeed in the corporate world, you need to follow the rules. And there are no rules. Either you are the hunter, or you are the hunted. Vinay was the business owner, the manager, the creator, and, to a greater extent, an innovator, but he was not egotistical. Three people had primarily influenced him: his soft father; his uncle, who was cold and ruthless in business; and his mother. What is the balance required in entrepreneurship? His father's emphasis on relationships or his uncle's purely commercial approach? Nadiya had been brought up in Ukraine. Her experience running a trading company is remarkable, but why did she pursue a master's degree in genetics, and how could it help her business? To learn more about entrepreneurship and resilience, get a copy of Synergy: A Synopsis of an Elite Business Partnership by Nadiya Albishchenko and Vinay Gandhi.
Synergy by Nadiya Albishchenko and Vinay Gandhi isn't just a wealth of information; the book is also interesting.
