The Actions: 7 Steps To Powerful Change is a book that teaches a series of steps to improve our lives. Margaret Tran shows readers how to break old habits and uses herself as an example. In doing so, she tells us how to become a version of ourselves that is stronger. Margaret went through a deep depression and looked for answers in many places, but did not always get the answers she wanted. She shares the life lessons that helped her overcome her hardships. She discusses conquering the fear of failure and how to keep up a constant effort. Among her tips, she emphasizes the concept of taking care of yourself to reduce stress. She also writes about overcoming feelings of guilt or lack of confidence, with the objective that we can achieve happiness.
Margaret Tran is a life coach who has a very fluid way of expressing herself. She uses short chapters with concrete ideas. In some of her tips, Margaret shares life experiences with a clear and entertaining narration. One of the ideas I liked the most was the concept of self-discipline because she asserts that it is not enough to have a positive attitude. It is also necessary to act. To achieve this, she explains a process of 7 steps that covers many areas. I liked The Actions because it is perfect for any person and the tips can be adapted to a large number of circumstances. This system teaches that attending to daily responsibilities and personal needs are equally important and also guides readers on how to be productive by nature. This book is for those who want to give new meaning to their lives.
