Rich Higgins has worked in global logistics for over four decades, experiencing all aspects of supply chain logistics. His high school coach first taught him about teamwork and selflessness. A mid-level manager introduced him to computers. Personally, I don't have much knowledge about supply chain logistics. Yet, I found Higgins' story very relatable because I have had a few "tugboats" who made an impact in my own life. With this book, Higgins lays out the importance of always having someone to look up to. I think young professionals will learn a lot about leadership and teamwork from this book. I highly recommend it.
