Benjamin tries to run to a safer place to save himself from the bully's attack. That's when Benjamin's dad decides to intervene. He decides to teach the bully a lesson just through the power of loving him unconditionally. Will he succeed in helping the boys become friends?
It's a beautiful story and conveys the message of unconditional love very well. All parents and grandparents must read this story out to their kids and grandkids. The book is also perfect for read aloud sessions in classrooms and libraries. The bully understanding that Benjamin's dad has extended a hand of friendship is a beautiful moment in the story. The best way to handle children is by showing love and by just loving them. And the story highlights the power of love convincingly. The Bible verses at the end of the book to make children feel strong when they feel weak is motivational. Love is a powerful weapon that can heal almost everything. And this beautiful thought is conveyed nicely and effectively by the author through this story. She makes the power of love palpable with this book. A wonderful story on the power of unconditional love.
