John Russell is a professional psychic and paranormal investigator. In The Can Sack Ghost, the author shares a collection of true stories that show the different ways entities from the "Other Side" influenced his life and instilled a deep reverence for the paranormal in him. John was a psychic long before he developed a love for riding bikes. In the first story, he reveals how a long-deceased old friend ensured he watched over John, which took him by surprise. By telling the story of a real-life myth buster, John explores the difference between cynics and skeptics. Despite his natural affinity for the paranormal, John had to work his way through to become a Certified T.A.R.O.T. Master. While living in their haunted Cornwall house, John's family witnessed a Halloween bowl with a mind of its own.
The Can Sack Ghost is a collection for paranormal enthusiasts and skeptics alike. These stories will make even the most ardent skeptic think twice before dismissing something they don't fully understand and enable them to be a bit more open-minded. Apart from the supernatural aspects, John Russell's stories also leave an impact on your heart and soul. This is because the author gives an unflinching and authentic account of his life. Whether coming through unscathed from a devastating storm, a ghost rattling a sack of cans left for a homeless man, or having to let a loyal and beloved pet go, the stories in this collection are bound to tug at your heartstrings. Anyone passionate about paranormal or supernatural phenomena should read this book. Overall, I found it very illuminating and inspiring.
