The Exiled saga by Scott Borgman continues with its third installment, Infinity. Five years have passed since Kaly had thrown Lucifer back into his prison. Now she and her allies have to face another enemy, the old god Hades who has begun the Apocalypse, raising the dead from their graves to walk the Earth once more and create chaos.

This third book sets the stage for much larger events for Kaly. As with its predecessors, the plot is well developed and well executed. Zombies are now joining the fray between the mythical beings and humans. The battle is not as black and white as it seems, as Borgman reveals some twists in the storyline. The characters are developing progressively, experiencing more conflict physically and emotionally – becoming more real to fans of the series.

Despite this being the third book, Borgman consistently gives new and interesting territories for readers to explore through the concept as well as the plot, making the story stay fresh and engaging. Simply put, Infinity is another great read from Borgman. I truly enjoyed this ingenious and fascinating series. I’m a fan of Borgman’s story concept and style of writing and will keep an eye out for more of his future works.
