Some people — including myself — have always wondered why others find peace easily, gravitate with ease towards success, turn everything they touch into gold, build fabulous relationships and succeed wherever they are while others seem to wallow aimlessly through life, barely making ends meet. In The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model by Dmitry Kondratyev, there is a startling and satisfactory response to our questions about living life with meaning, growing to our better selves, and finding success. Using a model he calls The Four Wheel Alignment Model, the author shows how our values and beliefs, actions, goals and measurement work together in harmony to transform our life and make it function like a well-maintained and efficient car.

In this book, the reader understands the relationship between our belief system, our goal setting strategies, our actions, and how we measure our progress. The analogy may sound simplistic to many readers, but Dmitry Kondratyev explains it in a very practical and enlightening manner. There are powerful bursts of insight and wisdom scattered throughout the book, humorous stories and examples to entertain readers, and thoughts that will inspire and drive readers to seek the unity within themselves of the essential elements required to create a life that really matters. I enjoyed the beautiful and clear writing and how the author brings into this work a wealth of wisdom and his personal experience to create life-changing lessons for his readers. The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model is original, highly inspiring, and motivating. If you are looking for a book that would have you change perspective and get better results in life, then this is the book to read.

The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model is an interesting self-help manual by certified coach, Dmitry Kondratyev. This manual provides us with help in navigating through business and our personal lives by using the “four-wheel alignment”: beliefs and values, actions, goals and measurement. The author uses car terminology as a metaphor for life, but don’t let the metaphor mislead you – it’s just his way of rationalizing and keeping things simple for his readers.

With respect to Wheel One, “beliefs and values”, he asks us what our beliefs are, what purpose they serve and what causes them to change. Kondratyev indicates that beliefs do not have to be supported by science in order for people to embrace them, and the purpose for having beliefs is to be able to explain ourselves to ourselves and to others. He then states that our beliefs form our values. The author then introduces Wheel Two, “goals”. He introduces us to the widely-known criteria for goal setting using the SMART criteria, where each letter stands for a specific meaning. However, Kondratyev then states that although the SMART criteria is appropriate for a company, it’s not entirely appropriate for an individual attempting to set personal goals. As such, he provides his own set of SMART criteria. Wheel Three is “actions”. The author states that society has rules as to what actions are acceptable, which adds another layer of complexity in predicting our actions by establishing cause and effect between the invisible and visible environments. Wheel Four is “measurements”. He states that while our physical, three-dimensional world has ways to measure distance, weight, volume, speed and time, there is no way to measure values such as happiness or love.

Written in an engaging and articulate manner, The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model, comes complete with diagrams and charts that take a simplistic approach and are easy to follow. The book examines the relationships between the various wheels and the alignment between beliefs and values, goals, actions and measurements. As indicated earlier, Dmitry Kondratyev is a certified life coach who has had a long and winding road to his current career, probably influencing his choice to use car terminology as a metaphor for life in his book. However, all metaphors aside, The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model gives insight not only into the author’s coaching philosophy, but also provides a holistic approach to tackling both career and personal challenges. While not particularly complex, the material is relatable and well-written and provides a no-nonsense approach to dealing with the stresses and challenges in our everyday lives. For those seeking help in coping and addressing their personal and business-related issues, The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life is well worth the read.

Understanding the way different aspects of your life interact and influence one another is extremely important to living a successful and fulfilling life. The four ‘wheels’ include your beliefs and values, goals, actions and measurements and each one works with others to help you in your life. No matter what you’re trying to achieve, life coaching can be a benefit and learning about your goals, the things you’re doing to achieve them, different measurements to aid in your record-keeping and your own values are essential to that. Not everyone understands how these things interact with one another, however, and that’s why it’s important to do a little bit of soul searching and research to find out more. That’s what The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life by Dmitry Kondratyev is all about.

No matter what you’re thinking about your life and your plans for the future, understanding and creating your goals and plans is essential. This book is all about helping you learn all of these things and understand a whole lot more about what you want to do. If you want to know what these things are and how they influence you, then you definitely want to read this book because it spells everything out really easily, in a way that you can understand. You can also take a look at the questions and even a couple ‘projects’ that will help you with getting through each of the aspects and steps. The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life by Dmitry Kondratyev is definitely a great way to go about all of that.

The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model by Dmitry Kondratyev is a groundbreaking, pioneering concept on personal development and transformation, a book that offers the model and the blueprint that readers need to achieve success in any area of their life. You would summarize this incredible book with four ideas: beliefs and values, goals, actions, and measurements. These are the wheels that — like the wheels of an automobile which, when properly aligned, make it move with ease and grace — enable us to move towards success in personal and business life with confidence and assurance. When these different aspects of life are coordinated and brought to harmony, we become incredible in the way we do everything.

Any personal development or success coach will agree that our thoughts are the blueprint of everything we achieve. This idea is central in The Secret, but very few authors show readers how to create the link between their thoughts and actions or how to alter their damaging beliefs and embrace thought-patterns that propel them towards success. Kondratyev has successfully done this job with his Four Wheel Alignment Model.

In this book, readers will learn the important place that beliefs and values hold in their life. They will understand the importance of goal setting and how to set goals effectively. They will know how to decide the kinds of actions that will lead them to where they want to be and the principles that enable efficient and effective actions, and they will know how to measure their progress. Most importantly, this book clearly shows the relationship between the different factors that come together to create a life of success. The Four Wheel Alignment for Your Life: The Model is written in a simple, somewhat conversational style, very accessible to a diversity of readers. The author combines street smarts with his personal experiences to deliver a message that will change the way readers look at themselves, at life, and at their work. This is a book to read and share.

The Four Wheel Alignment For Your Life: The Model is a nonfiction motivational self-help book written by Dmitry Kondratyev. The author holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Professional Coach, as well as a board member of the International Coach Federation. He coaches professionals and entrepreneurs in addition to his work as a Vice President at Main Street Bank. Kondratyev was also formerly a Master Certified Automotive Technician as well as a lifelong car enthusiast, so the metaphor employed in this book is a particularly apt one for him and his views on life coaching. The four wheels of his approach are Beliefs and Values, Goals, Actions and Measurements, and he discusses each one in depth, posing questions for the reader to consider, and giving his personal take on each aspect of the discussion. The author challenges the reader to consider his life and how much time he allots to each aspect of it, and he demonstrates how some introspection and consideration of how one’s time is spent can lead to a happier and more productive work/personal life balance. He also provides a detailed collection of end notes which include links to the sources used in his text.

Dmitry Kondratyev’s nonfiction motivational self-help book, The Four Wheel Alignment For Your Life: The Model, is a well-written and provocative workbook that challenges the reader to consider routine maintenance and lifestyle changes that could transform every aspect of their lives. I enjoyed reading this work and pondering the questions the author poses for his readers. His chapters are well-organized, and the summations he gives are quite useful for making sure each of his points is adequately understood. His ideas for a better integration of professional and personal lives are intriguing, and his discussions about his coaching sessions with clients clearly set out the benefits of working with a coach, whether you work for a company or are self-employed. The Four Wheel Alignment For Your Life: The Model is highly recommended.
