The author speaks about how she overcame hypothyroidism, which is supposed to slow down mental and emotional growth, and went on to heal herself and come out of it stronger. The suggestions and information the author shares will help all those who are affected with hypothyroidism to take action to improve their health, boost their energy levels, and get on top of their thyroid issues. The book will also help to feed the creative genius inside them and make them become prolific writers.

I found the topic unique and original. The book is insightful and has valuable resources which will enable all those who are fighting hypothyroid battles to discover their full potential and succeed in life. The author speaks about the challenges faced by writers who have quirky thyroids. The book is quite helpful as she speaks about the symptoms, what can be done, the nutritional side, and habits to get back on track. The author shares her battle with hypothyroidism and this helps readers who have it to connect well with her words, and try out her suggestions to take them steadily closer to their goal. The book is simple and the author’s suggestions, her exercise tips, and affirmations can be put into practice without much difficulty.
