Twas the Night Before Christmas when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
And you know the rest! Everyone loves this old classic written by Clement Clarke Moore. Christmas would not be Christmas if this special book isn’t read on Christmas Eve night. There are many, many different variations of this book, using the poem written by Clement Moore with different illustrations. Holly Hobbie has added a special twist to this classic with her own unique watercolor magic in her new hardcover book, The Night Before Christmas Holly Hobbie. You will be amazed at the magical wonders of this artist.
This is an incredibly beautiful hardcover book inside and out. I love the dust jacket with the kids in the bed and the kitty cat there with them. And I also love the beautiful snow scene on the actual cover of the book as well. The paintings of this classic poem are more than words can express. You will love everything about this adorable book. Since I love the paintings so much, I will tell you my two favorite paintings are the black and white snow scene of the house with the snowman and Christmas tree with clear lights, and the snow scene with Santa and his crew flying over the top of the house. I just can’t say enough about this amazing book, but I think you get the picture. I really encourage you to pick up a copy of The Night Before Christmas Holly Hobbie.
