The Plan: Level I: The Awakening by Dan L Woods is the story of what our world could be like in the future. Gabe Anderson is a normal 17-year-old. Just like any other teenager, he watches videos on YouTube. One day he watched a video about government conspiracies, including one called “The Plan.” Intrigued and fascinated, Gabe had a surprise when the creator of the video committed suicide after shooting up a school. Gabe and Hanna start their own investigation to find out if these conspiracies are true. They had no idea that they would discover a conspiracy that can actually affect the whole country. But now they are in trouble. They are being targeted. Gabe and Hanna go on a cross-country journey to find the sister of the video maker who can help in revealing the truth.

This is a really cool novel. You get to see a side of the future that we all try not to think about. The story is very powerful; right from the beginning you feel that you are going to uncover something great. The characters are very strong, the dialogues are really well written, and the descriptions are very crisp. The plot is intense and you will feel the tension in the scenarios. Woods chose good words, words that explain the situations and build up your tension and make you want to read more. I finished this novel in a single sitting. A very well approached novel that will stay with you for a long time.

It was nice to get a review from someone that doesn't know me. I have been told by many that my series is good, but they all know me. It gives me confidence when an organization reviewed it and gave the book their highest rating of five stars. I hope everyone finds as much enjoyment as the reviewer did.
