Markley educates us on the effects of movement and posture on one’s well-being. Markley postulates that spinal health is vital as it influences other areas of your life. This book will make a massive difference in convincing you to stop slouching. She provides advanced information on the nerves, fascia, and muscles and how they are relative to the body’s bones. There is plenty to learn about the abdominal muscles and other muscles in human anatomy and how they affect the spine, and how the spine, in turn, affects them. She also includes many interesting facts about our biomechanics.
Good spinal health is crucial to a happy and contented life. Markley educates the reader on the relevant aspects that impact your spine. Markley shows examples in many clear photos. In addition, colorful, well-designed illustrations bring complete clarity and understanding to the reader.
