The Rage of Plum Blossoms by Christine M. Whitehead is a fun, mainstream mystery that includes entertaining dialogue and vivid scene descriptions. The characters are realistic with their diverse attitudes and unique personal qualities. There is just enough uncertainty intertwined into the main players of the story to encourage the reader’s desire to read to the conclusion. This is a very satisfying book. The Rage of Plum Blossoms is recommended.
