Things to Know as You Grow by S.P. Johnson is an educational, fun book for children. The book is jam-packed with useful and important messages a child should learn. This book will teach children things as simple as knowing that a smile can make someone's day, understanding that not everyone has the same interests, and accepting it. With Things To Know as You Grow, you can't go wrong in educating your child in the important life lessons they'll need. So if you want to prepare your child for what the future has in store for them in one sitting, then grab a copy of S.P. Johnson's book and allow their tiny minds to expand and soak up all this useful information.
S.P. Johnson has done an amazing job of creating a book for children that is both enjoyable and holds their attention. I enjoyed reading every page and was astounded at how many important lessons/messages the author has managed to pack into one book. There are many things children should learn for them to grow up to be a good person, and to learn to accept people for who they are, no matter their differences. Things To Know as You Grow will certainly help them with learning these lessons. All the illustrations have been beautifully created and are colorful and entertaining. The use of rhyme has been done effectively and will help the young reader remember the important information included in the book. I hope to read more of S.P. Johnson's work in the future and I'm curious to see what other educational messages they can teach the young reader.
