The simple romance of a not so simple couple! Nicola thought that she had enough of the “office romance” and swore that she would never date another colleague but her resolve was tested when Greg came to work in her office. The first meeting sparked and the next was particularly burning. They both shared the same kind of history: both were adopted. However, they had no idea what was in store for them. Their honest journey was smooth until Greg thought about bringing Nicola to meet his parents. And this is where their sweet relationship takes a deep plunge. They are hit by a lightning storm and they have no idea what they should do about it? Their relationship is at stake……..will they be able to come over the hurdle and love each other? Will the taboo make them part ways and never be together again?

This novel is a delight to read. The simple attraction and the charming personalities of both the protagonists are amazing. The story line is intriguing and the subject matter is entrapping. The suspense is set right from the beginning and the readers are pulled deeper into the story with every scene. The mystery of the true relationship of the two leads is encouraging for the reader. That is a good thing because this novel is a perfect page turner. "Too Close" is a piece of art; it showcases the writing skills of a genuine writer who loves to write!
