Visualization: Creating Your Own Reality by Stanislaw Kapuscinski (aka Stan I.S. Law) is a book that will take readers on an enriching journey and show them how to create the universe they visualize in their minds. The author's views and interpretations on the topic are open to readers to look at with their own eyes and vision. It is the sort of book that will motivate one to stand on one's own feet without losing balance. You can make your own set of rules and create your personal space and universe and live in peace and joy. This art of visualization is indeed useful in helping all of us survive, and remain reasonably healthy, both in mind and body.
The author's views are profound when it comes to defining thoughts about religion and living. All of us should try to play our roles well in the physical universe.
This quote by Sai Baba speaks about the reality of mankind:
'There is only one religion, the religion of love.
There is only one caste, the caste of humanity.
There is only one language, the language of the heart.
There is only one law, the law of Karma.
There is only one God, and He is omnipresent.'
Footnotes at the end of each chapter are very helpful in figuring out things which readers are not aware of. The biggest purpose in life is life itself. It is important to experience life and live it to the fullest.
