Our juice represents our essence, our energy. Negative energy hinders our potential, while positive energy empowers us to overcome any obstacle. There are times when we cannot channel our energy because we do not know how to set a personal goal, or we lack confidence. Troy Urdahl invites us to accept life's challenges, to feel the satisfaction of finding solutions and seeing what we are capable of in What's Your Juice? To this purpose, he explains that our attitude is essential because it transforms what is around us. If we are happy, others will feel it, and if we are stressed, people will resent it. By understanding this inner strength, we can analyze the beliefs that define our juice. This will allow us to control it to achieve our maximum performance.

I loved how Troy Urdahl expresses himself. He is truthful and constantly invites us to be disciplined and humble. He talks about how faith creates opportunities and encourages us not to be afraid to try new things. But his perspective is not limited to personal growth; he also emphasizes the need for teamwork. He does all this with real examples, some from his own experiences and others from verifiable historical events. His writing is natural and approachable, which inspires confidence. His words are entertaining, funny, and relaxed, making his ideas easy to understand. He also teaches us to view conflicts with humor while giving useful and practical advice. I also liked that at the end of each chapter, he includes tests so we can understand our energy type and how to transform it. What's Your Juice? shows that much of our happiness depends on how we respond to situations and our habits.
