Willow can't understand why she finds it hard to master her spells or ride a broomstick when her friends seem to excel in those endeavors. She would prefer to bake Christmas cookies than spend time in class at Broomshire Spell Academy. While trying to bake cookies one Christmas Eve, Willow hears a loud crash outside her door. Upon opening it, she finds Santa and his reindeer stuck in the snow with their broken sleigh. Now, Willow must try to help Santa deliver his presents to the children on the nice list.
