Carina Rivera has had a bad relationship before with Aaron Mendoza where she suffered a lot of abuse. But that is in the past. Now she is in love with a God-fearing man. The perfect man for her and she also enjoys the bond with his child. But before their wedding, she becomes unsure if she wants to go through with it. Her past haunts her and her self- confidence is put to the test. Is she the right person for Mark? When she turns to God for answers, she gets more than she ever hoped for.

This is a romance that explores personal transformation and faith. The language is beautiful and the author uses diction that is evocative of a spiritual experience, like Aaron knocking at the door of Carina's soul. The bond between Carina and her mother and the love that exists between her and her deceased daughter, Rosie, is captured in her streams of consciousness and idle thoughts, and this augments the spiritual nature of the story. The characters are real and I particularly loved the female protagonist. She is a strong reflection of what abuse in a relationship can do to a person and the author writes her so well that the message of the book comes across powerfully through her experience: we are not what others have done to us. With Unbreakable Love is a story of love, healing, and hope.

What I liked most about With Unbreakable Love is that each character has the chance to express his or her feelings. Carina is the protagonist, and therefore her considerations are the most significant ones. After all, it is with her doubt the day before her wedding that the story begins. However, Lunsford did not forget her other characters. Each one of them is remarkable, and you understand their actions and opinions. This attention is rare to find in an author, and I consider it one of the strongest points of With Unbreakable Love. Its Christian message would not be equally inspiring otherwise. It is through the characters’ thoughts that you understand the moral. Carina’s story tells you how important it is to believe in God. If you do, you will have the answers you seek and dispel your doubts. This message is precious, and With Unbreakable Love conveys it effectively.

Carina Rivera has changed a lot; her need to find love, to be appreciated for who she is and her thirst for a child has given her a new identity that she is proud of. Considering that she has a man like Mark by her side and she can call him her fiancé is actually a blessing. They are soon to be married, but there are doubts in Carina’s mind that she just can’t shake off. She is no longer the bad Rivera sister, the one that people used to gossip about, but her self-doubts are shaking her to the core and she suddenly thinks that she is not good enough for Mark and not for ReeRee. She is desperate and looking for any sign to show her that she is not so bad anymore. Can she find the strength to take those final steps and become Mark’s wife? Can she truly believe that she is worthy of love too?

Although I haven’t read the previous novels in the series, I had no issue with connecting with Carina and rooting for her from the moment I started reading her story. She is a little insecure - she never thought that she was worthy of love and affection because of her past relationship. Her faith in God is commendable yet her very little faith in herself is alarmingly familiar. We all have those moments where we think that maybe we aren’t that good or we don’t deserve anything. She is insecure yet she is so human about it all. She is afraid to face her past, but she is afraid of what it did to her as a person. She is all of us who regret something and want to do better. Mark is such a good man, he gives her confidence and makes her believe that she is worthy of all the love and affection he showers on her. Unbreakable Love by Jeanine Lunsford is such a beautiful story of love, self-acceptance and believing in yourself! Very entertaining and thought-provoking.

What an exciting read in ending this trilogy of the Riviera sisters. In this book, God puts His arms supernaturally around Carina to show her the Unbreakable love He has for her and for us amid her thoughts of unworthiness and mistakes.
The reader will love the mysterious turns and twists. It’s a one session book.. you can’t put it down.

After reading the first two Rivera Sisters books, I was in anticipation for this book to arrive. Got started reading it and couldn’t put it down and stayed up really late to finish reading it. As I traveled along with Carina on her journey, I began to feel hope for my own situation. Pure inspiration ⭐️ Excellent read ! Excellent Author !

I thoroughly enjoyed this third book of a trilogy penned by Ms. Lunsford. It had all the elements of a great Christian novel; suspense, romance, and the not-so-hidden hand of God powerfully moving through circumstances to create a bombshell ending! As one other commentator said, this is a one time read for sure. I couldn't put it down!

We all have past lives that we feel we can never outlive to become who God wants us to be. This book is a vivid reminder that we all can achieve a happily ever after if we allow God to lead, guide and direct us. He will conquer the doubts! Trust Him.

Closing a part of the story with a blast

This story kept my at my toes until the final pages of this book. The adrenaline just kept on pumping. Overall, it was a wonderful story that shows the hardship in keeping a path of faith. There are a lot of highlights with this but what I truly treasured was unconditional love.

The third book in The Rivera Sisters Series, “With Unbreakable Love” is a combination of romance, mystery, and hope as we trust in God’s unfailing love, forgiveness, and guidance in our lives. Jeanine Lunsford manages to keep the readers curiosity going throughout the book while dropping hints of stories to come in the future. Looking forward to many more books and stories to be told giving us hope In God’s Love and forgiveness.
