“104 Ways to Starve your Anger and Feed your Soul” by Robyn Wheeler is a book for people who have small or big problems with the anger they feel in their life. And who amongst us never feels angry? In a way, this book is useful for all people who feel like life is not always going the way it should go. The book is simple: each page has a message which is supposed to help the reader to either get a better grip on their anger or to do something positive for their soul. The messages cover things like accepting others for who they are, turning anger into love, not being self-centered and many others.
I enjoyed browsing through “104 Ways to Starve your Anger and Feed your Soul” by Robyn Wheeler. The layout is simple and clear with an illustration or photo for each single way. The illustrations are sometimes funny, sometimes beautiful and at other times they are interesting quotes or little charts. You never know what you will discover on the following page. Sometimes you actually stop, look at a photo and think about why this and not something else has been chosen for that page and usually you will find a connection. If the reader takes his or her time and spends a few minutes with every page and thinks about how the message fits into his or her life, then the book can be quite enriching and help people get a more positive outlook, and to be more positive and motivated.
