Ready for some giggles? Ron Rich's 365 Limericks You Won't Find Anywhere Else will offer you a chuckle a day for an entire year. Open these pages, and you’ll meet Patty Price, who falls on ice; Terry Westin, who asks questions; Danny Dirk, who’s late for work; and Elaine, who got hit by a train. Keep reading, and you’ll find that Larry Lou owns a kangaroo, Bobby Brackett owns only one jacket, and Francis Ford goes to school on a skateboard. The laughs continue as Randall wears socks with his sandals, Price proposes to his girlfriend twice, and the man from Norway only shaves on Thursdays. All these people and their antics help create some extremely entertaining limericks.

The limerick rules are simple: lines 1, 2, and 5 must rhyme, and lines 3 and 4 must rhyme. I loved how some of the rhymes were visually correct (spelling) but, when read aloud, weren’t quite right but still managed to follow the rules. You could space the book out for a year by choosing to read one a day, but, like a tin of Pringles, it’s hard to stop at just one. Instead, you can binge-read them as I did, which had me curled up in a ball, laughing. Ron Rich promises that you won’t have heard these before, and he’s right. You won’t meet a man from Nantucket between these pages. For those of you who enjoy a quick laugh, 365 Limericks You Won't Find Anywhere Else is the book for you.
