A Successful Marriage by Mr. Ben is a motivational and inspiring book that focuses on developing a successful marriage. This book discusses the topic of marriage to create a wonderful book that centers on the elements most responsible for creating a successful marriage.
The author has broken the book down into two parts, with several sub topics. Trust and communication are extremely valuable in any relationship. Those two elements will be the deciding factor in all relationships. Without trust, a marriage or relationship will ultimately fail. Trust is developed with confidence. A wife or husband must be confident in their partner or the marriage will not reach the pinnacle of success. A statement about the power of effective communication that I wholeheartedly agree with is found in Chapter 2. 'Communication amplifies trust by rightly voicing itself to the mutual listening ears of the actively involved husband and wife.' The author continues to build on that principle with nuggets of inspiration and wisdom.
I enjoyed the feel of this book. It opens the reader's mind to the concept of having a successful marriage. The knowledge provided in this book will take readers to a new level, thus achieving success. The author introduces readers to all elements that help in creating or developing a long-term relationship. The author touches on the physical and spiritual in regards to building and maintaining a successful marriage, which is the product of a prioritized relationship. This is one of those books that needs to be taught as a weekly study session.
