The benefits and challenges of working remotely are applicable to firms of different natures such as a start up, small businesses or a large production center. The basic tenets of Trust, Respect and Teamwork are then discussed and how these are quite significant in this technology intensive area of remote stations, networking, screen sharing systems, video chats and others. Jarkko also takes a rather interesting peep into what changes the future is likely to bring to this field.
