According to Mosia, the path to true happiness begins with a strong foundation. With Build On The Rock: A Biblical Guide To Experiencing True Happiness, the author seeks to guide readers on their journey to reach the state of being that encompasses all the enduring feelings and emotions of true happiness. The book explores the fundamental dynamics of how happiness can be achieved, including feelings of pleasure, contentment, satisfaction, fulfillment, and more. It also delves into the core relationship between our desires and true happiness. You will discover how knowledge helps us live harmoniously, learn the steps to self-discovery, and understand why the Word of God is key to revitalizing the Spirit.
This is by far one of the most well-reasoned and insightful books on the topic of happiness that I've ever read. I absolutely agree with Tumelo Mosia's observation that, to find true happiness, we must pursue spiritual awakening. Build On The Rock's concepts are rooted in philosophy, biblical wisdom, and science. For me, the highlight of the book is that Mosia provides readers with in-depth explanations of his ideas and draws on the Scripture to solidify his arguments. I think his accessible writing style will appeal to a variety of readers, especially those with an interest in the human experience in general. I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It's also informative and enlightening. Highly recommended.
