Supernatural beings want revenge in the electrifying and suspenseful thriller, Burned, by Kimberley Patterson. Now, the scent of smoke and ashes frequently haunts her during the daylight hours. For comfort and to get in touch with reality, Sarah visits her mother. In a terrifying and freakish coincidence, her mother dies in a fire the following day. Sarah's nightmares are now increasing and include hallucinations. Because of her malefic experiences, she doesn't believe that her mother's death is an accident. But her nighttime incidents are making her tired and nervous, giving her family and friends the impression that Sarah is in need of professional help.
