Cora possesses a type A personality and an unwavering determination to be the best. However, there is one aspect of her life that eludes perfection and remains beyond her control—crippling episodes of unexplained pain that have afflicted her for the past decade. Despite her best efforts, the cause of these episodes remains unknown, and finding a solution to stop them proves even more elusive. Cora's life takes a turn when she embarks on a blind date with the son of a renowned actor, which ultimately leads to a profound experience of love.
