Christmas in Paradise by Jaime Nicole Hughes is a delightful story for children revolving around the theme of Christmas. The book takes you down Memory Lane with Jamie as she describes her wonderful childhood trips with her family to Florida during the Christmas season. The excitement of being on the beach and all her memories associated with those trips are shared with readers. The story is narrated in simple verses, many of which rhyme, making it more appealing to kids. The book also introduces young readers to new concepts and helps in improving their vocabulary.
The book is formatted in a way that will catch the attention of readers with its font and watercolor style illustrations. The pictures give movement and life to the story and make it easy for kids to relate to the events.
