In Cupid’s Got a Glock, The Black Valentine has devoted his entire life to danger, to death, and to loneliness, but things are about to change with one assignment that introduces him to a young woman with a past of her own and a child with no one to care for her. But will his ‘Hope’ and Neesha be able to redeem him from his past? Will he ever be able to forget the things that he’s done in order to live out the dream that has followed him for years? Or will everything come crashing down when he can’t seem to put it all behind him in Cupid’s Got a Glock by Nicholas Rome.
Giovanni, Amali, Neesha and even Detective Malone are great characters. You really want good things for them and you feel really drawn into their story. Even though they all have pasts, it might be possible for them to come back from it and make a life for themselves. This book was interesting and I couldn’t stop reading. I actually finished it quite quickly because I didn’t want to stop reading once I started. There’s plenty of action, a little romance, and definitely enough to keep you interested. Cupid’s Got a Glock is a really good book and I would recommend it to all of my friends. It’s written really well and you get involved in the book, and are able to imagine everything is happening right around you and you’re part of the story, which is the goal of any book, after all.
