Emotions reveal how we feel inside. That is why learning to distinguish feelings is indispensable in the development of every child. If they understand the difference between one gesture and another, they will be able to show how they feel about things. Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch is ideal for preschoolers to learn a variety of emotions through facial expressions. The Halloween setting will make it more fun. Carli Valentine shares the story of an adorable little boy who searches through the pumpkins until he finds the perfect one for him. Now the boy must choose a special design for his pumpkin. That's when the reader can view a wide variety of pumpkins showing emotions. The main character has many options for his pumpkin such as happy, scared, angry, and others. Which will he choose?
I liked Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch because it is an educational tool that promotes communication with children. It is an excellent learning option. With the help of the Halloween theme, children will be motivated to identify the purpose of each emotion. The book is fun, with a beautiful and expressive presentation. The drawings are adorable, the scenes are autumnal, and the pumpkin images show many expressions that will excite young readers' curiosity. The different pumpkins can help children to express their likes and dislikes more clearly. Carli Valentine offers guidance to teach children how to discuss what they feel and they will be able to reflect on the differences between one emotion and another.
