Daughter of a Monarch - Holly Nather: Book 3 by Sara Daniell is the story of Aislin, a young girl who lives with her parents, Luke and Holly. Aislin is a princess confined to a castle she longs to escape. She has magical abilities and uses them to teleport to a place called Gaia. In Gaia she meets Isaac and his father, Cohen. It becomes apparent to Aislin that she doesn't know the full story about her parents and the situation surrounding their family.
Sara Daniell has written an interesting book in Daughter of a Monarch: Holly Nather: Book 3. I liked the abilities Aislin has and how she uses them. She is acting like a petulant teen at times, but she seems like a strong willed individual and one who knows her own mind. Aislin comes across as a typical teenager, pushing the boundaries and wanting to be free to do her own thing. I did think that at times her mother sounded a little like a teenager too, but maybe that's where Aislin gets it from. This is the third book in the series and I have not read the first two books. I thought this one was easy enough to get into and jumped straight into the story. I would like to read the first two, but I still found this book to be enjoyable and a good young adult book. I think it will do well on the market. I would recommend this book to teen readers.
