Identity encompasses your unique characteristics, life experience, and the challenges faced, but it is not just about physical appearance. Identity is formed from childhood, shaped by parental expectations and social pressures, however unrealistic. Continuous self-reflection is required to maintain your authentic self. Beware of the inner critic and do not internalize beliefs of unworthiness. Instead, be gentle with yourself and release fears and negativity.
