JoJo Summers knows very well what a broken heart feels like. And she will do whatever she has to do to make sure it doesn’t happen again, so she strives to make sure she has no motions, no danger, and no pain in her life. JoJo’s brother Randy makes a home for himself, as well as his many lady friends with JoJo.This time, with his new love Bethany, Randy is sure this is the woman for him, and there will be no more living the wild life and being a ladies man for Randy! Bethany’s brother Rod needs a place to stay for a while, so Randy assures Rod that JoJo would be OK with his staying there. Little did either of them know they would soon meet again after 10 years. But JoJo will make sure she stays as far away from Rod as she can.
This is a rather mixed up bunch of characters, and when I first started reading the book, I didn’t think any of them would change. But then that wouldn’t make for a good read, right?
Karen Wiesner takes these four characters and writes an intriguing love story that will keep you reading to the end. With unique characters dealing with real life everyday issues, the author wraps the reader into the story and you can’t figure out how it will end until the last pages. This is a great book for you to read if you enjoy romances. And if you have been heartbroken in a relationship, this book will encourage you, letting you see that you can overcome those hurts and be happy again.
