The amazing part is she has managed to do so without actually spending thousands of dollars on surgeries or fad diets. All through some research and hard work, Kelly has managed to do the impossible. Sticking to her mantra of exercise, healthy eating, and being focused on your goals, she tells her amazing story of how she overcame the odds and lost over 100 pounds.
Former Fat Girl Tells All: How I Lost Over 100 Pounds Without Ever Dieting or Hiring a Personal Trainer by Kelly Ann Grimaldi is a highly inspirational book to all of us who struggle to lose weight and hit the panic button whenever the scales tip over a little. Through her personal story, she gently tells us that losing weight is hard but not impossible. A few changes here and there in your lifestyle and food habits make a lot of difference to your health. Exercise is important and one must make time for it, no matter what others say. Achieving a healthy weight is more important than looking haggard or unhealthy by losing too much weight. Her simple tips on overcoming the weight loss plateau and saving membership fees of gyms by not going to one are really the icing on the cake. She encourages one to lift weights and build muscle to look leaner, firmer and tighter. Great advice and a lovely book by a lovely lady!
