Reading and writing have social and cultural functions. That is why Fun Letter Tracing Book Vol 1: A Joyful Letter Practice Workbook For Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten Kids shows children the importance they have as unique beings. The activities begin with the shapes of letters and numbers, but later include phrases that are motivational statements to reinforce values such as kindness, honesty, and patience. The book is designed so that the child enjoys learning to write. PK Davies has incorporated practicality and functionality in his exercises so that children can reinforce fine motor skills and acquire knowledge. In addition to writing, they will begin to expand their vocabulary with small phrases.
I believe that the learning process, especially in the early years, leaves a mark on the child that lasts a lifetime. This process should be a pleasant experience, full of meaning and significance. All these characteristics are included in Fun Letter Tracing Book Vol 1. These pages will be the first steps for children to develop their skills in writing, spelling, and synthesis of concepts. Learning to write should be seen as important because it has many benefits such as the reinforcement of memory, particularly if children practice it with joy. PK Davies has produced an admirable and well-presented book. This will be a great first book for children, packed with activities to help them start developing their creativity and stimulating their minds.
