We all have a story to tell that for some changes their lives for the better and for others, destroys their dreams and makes them the worst version of themselves. What is your story? Happiness Comes In Threes: Guided Journaling to a Life of Health, Love, and Purpose by Dan Garbati aims to help us identify our self-sabotaging narratives, learn the enemies that promote our negative stories, and discover allies that help us embrace and overcome these narratives to create the life we dream of. Garbati expounds on this by teaching us to tackle fear, worry, and negative emotions. He also explains why we should listen to our pain, face it, and forgive what hurts us. Additionally, he advises we must accept anything that has happened that cannot be changed and take action to make the best of life for ourselves.

Happiness Comes In Threes by Dan Garbati uses a handful of tools, techniques, and strategies to help you overcome self-sabotage and have a successful life that is healthy, full of love, and has a purpose. Garbati uses journaling as one of his techniques and guides us in how and what to do to become more intimately connected with ourselves. We discover our most private thoughts, fears, and feelings, helping us learn and understand the obstruction and the fastest way to find the solution. He also uses question exercises after each theme he discusses, encouraging active reading and maintaining our attention. Answering these questions will help you become a better version of yourself. Finally, Garbati uses examples you will relate to and assures you are not alone in discovering and overcoming your self-sabotaging narratives. I recommend it, especially for those with a self-sabotaging story that prevents them from becoming successful and living the life they want.
