Kiescha Cherry obviously wrote Healing From a Heartbreak: A Journey to Focusing on You After a Breakup for all those readers who have gone through or are going through a heartbreak. She shares skills and information that will ease the transition from being with someone to being alone. Even though this book is aimed at those dealing with break-ups, the skills and methods Kiescha teaches in this little book can easily be transferred to benefit readers who are grieving from any kind of separation: the loss of a job, the death of a loved one, financial reversal, or even moving out on your own. They say that time heals all hurts and that is true; however, there are some things you can do to speed up the process, and Kiescha shares many thoughts on how to do this.
