The 24 chapters in the book deal with insightful concepts conveyed to readers with humor so that they can comprehend these easily. The real examples and experiences, and the authentic details, tips, and techniques on how to tackle narcissists and the ADH-ME within everyone is a good way of helping them to better themselves, and also in understanding the perplexing manner in which others behave at times. Reading this book is a good way of getting rid of the ADH-ME affliction and gaining the WE-PERSONALITY back.
