In the hyper-sensitized and increasingly divisive world today, there is a growing need for change in individual and collective mindsets, especially in how we perceive the world and interact with each other. Humony Mindset focuses on re-evaluating oneself and striving toward self-development that benefits humanity as a whole. In this book, author Steven Howard explores different types of mindsets, showing how bias can influence each of these mindsets and our individual and collective decision-making processes. With deteriorating mental health issues and cultural/ethnic polarization all over the world, Humony Mindset advocates treating all human beings with compassion, kindness, and respect with a focus on humanity and harmony. You will learn about the five aspects of living a 'Humony Life,' embracing an attitude of gratitude, the four components of emotional intelligence, and much more.

Author Steven Howard takes a deep dive into each of the four facets of living a fulfilling and rewarding life that also makes the world a better place. These four facets include peacefulness, compassion, kindness, and respect. Unlike other self-help books, this isn't your typical guide that offers you an intricately crafted and new revolutionary framework for happiness. Instead, Howard encourages you to develop deeper self-understanding and self-esteem and transform yourself as an active participant in change and tolerance in this divisive world. I liked Humony Mindset because the book focuses on core human values that make not just our own but also other people's lives easier. Howard covers every topic in great depth, offering keen insights and observations about the human psyche that demonstrate how we can impact society at large. Highly recommended!
