Author Biography

A former personal trainer and kettlebell instructor, Tim Tweedy began his health and fitness journey more than twenty years ago. After countless stops and starts and fifty pounds of ups and downs, he recognized the five steps for permanent success. Keeping Youth Alive is his first non-fiction work.
