Tracy knew she was wrong for evading taxes on the money she was literally getting under the table for selling an anti-aging cream formula to a major cosmetics producer.  What she didn't know was that another deal was going down in the same coffee shop; she just took three million dollars meant for Sam Avel, a ruthless arms dealer.  Birch had been tracking Sam for twenty years, since he was 14 and witnessed Sam kill his parents.  When Birch follows Tracy to Switzerland, hoping to find Sam, he realizes that Tracy has no idea what she mistakenly got herself into.  Birch wanted to use Tracy to draw Sam out, but he is getting second thoughts as he starts to develop feelings for her.  Will Birch be able to save Tracy from the man who killed his parents?

Peggy Parsons writes a whirlwind adventure with characters that are realistic and interesting.  It is refreshing to see how the characters' images of each other change slightly as they interact more.  I enjoyed this book and couldn't wait to see if Birch and Tracy realized they actually liked each other.  If you are up for an adventure with a touch of hot and steamy romance, this book is for you!
