Listening to Light: Love Letters from Walking with Spirit by Dr. Ruth Anderson encompasses many facets of her journey as a lightworker. She brings us face to face with God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Divine Mother, Archangel Michael, and several other Archangels and allows us into her conversations with them. It is a glimpse at a new wonderful experience when she lets us know all that is there for us to share in if we but ask. The narration style throughout is as though it is being told by the voice in your own head, which for me is friendly and with the kindest of hearts. It is a well-paced documented journey from working with passed spirits and spirits still on this plane. One of the most significant moments in the book for me came from Ruth’s own words: “For those of you who feel that you need to be outwardly doing in order to be worthy; there is equal value in taking time to do the inner work.” The messages that you will find inside are ones that will feel true to your soul; it is information that is easy to connect with.
Dr. Ruth Anderson’s Listening to Light was like being in the middle of a warm embrace. I could easily relate to one of the reviewers at the end of her book and it felt like this book was talking specifically to me. Coming across Listening to Light was akin to feeling as though it had been put in my path because it was part of my life’s purpose to read it and use the information that was in it to perhaps transform my own world. The excerpts of her radio podcast, Walking with Spirit, pulled me in even deeper. There is so much information heartwarmingly offered up to those that are open and willing to hear it that anyone who picks up Listening to Light is bound to be affected greatly for the better. A lot of what I read brought me to tears and helped me release a lot of what I had been holding on to. I hope it will help relieve readers of some of the same blocks that might also be holding them back.
