Little Witnesses by Alma J. Burkhart is about the stories of God for children. These stories are related to God, faith, and religion. They are put across in an endearing manner to instill faith in children. The uplifting stories make it easy to teach about God, religion, and faith to children. All the stories tell children more and more about Jesus Christ and how by having faith in him all the problems get resolved. The stories are interesting, written keeping the child audience in mind.

I liked the stories because they speak about the glory of Jesus Christ in a manner that children can understand. The stories are simple and the themes chosen are of great interest to young readers. The illustrations are appealing too. The illustrator has done a wonderful job in capturing the author's ideas and thoughts. The book is useful in read-aloud sessions and also in Bible classes where children are told moral stories. These stories are the best way that children can get to learn about the important scriptures mentioned in the Bible.

The simple and elegant style of narration is good for children to comprehend easily. It is difficult to say which story in the book is better. All of them speak about the grace and kindness of Jesus Christ. This book is a real help when it comes to teaching children to have faith in God and His grace.
